Returns and Exchanges
Though our aim is for you to love every item purchased from us, we understand that sometimes an item just isn’t quite right – that’s why we give you 14 days to return or exchange the product for a different size. Easy as that!
We’ll give you a full refund or exchange of size, subject to the following conditions:
- Items need to be returned in original sales condition; clean, unwashed, unworn or unused, and have all their tags on in their original packaging.
- Only clothing and apparel items will be considered for exchange and refunds.
- You provide us with the original invoice/purchase order.
How to return or exchange:
- Email us at email@example.com explaining why you are returning or exchanging the garment including your order number and invoice in the email.
- Pack your garment back into it’s original packaging whilst ensuring the garment still has all tags and is in tip-top shape.
- We will then email you back with your options as well as the next steps.
- Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for shipping - and, should you wish to return or exchange an item, unless the item is defective or there is a mistake related to the order due to our negligence, you will be responsible for the additional collection/delivery fees.
- Garments should be tried on with care as refunds and exchanges can only be offered on items that are completely clean and in the same condition as received; they cannot have been washed and must have no signs of deodorant, make up or fragrance.
