Returns and Exchanges

Though our aim is for you to love every item purchased from us, we understand that sometimes an item just isn’t quite right – that’s why we give you 14 days to return or exchange the product for a different size. Easy as that!


We’ll give you a full refund or exchange of size, subject to the following conditions:


  • Items need to be returned in original sales condition; clean, unwashed, unworn or unused, and have all their tags on in their original packaging. 
  • Only clothing and apparel items will be considered for exchange and refunds.
  • You provide us with the original invoice/purchase order.


How to return or exchange:

  1. Email us at explaining why you are returning or exchanging the garment including your order number and invoice in the email.
  2. Pack your garment back into it’s original packaging whilst ensuring the garment still has all tags and is in tip-top shape.
  3. We will then email you back with your options as well as the next steps.


Please note:

  1. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for shipping - and, should you wish to return or exchange an item, unless the item is defective or there is a mistake related to the order due to our negligence, you will be responsible for the additional collection/delivery fees.
  2. Garments should be tried on with care as refunds and exchanges can only be offered on items that are completely clean and in the same condition as received; they cannot have been washed and must have no signs of deodorant, make up or fragrance.
